I knew that Guru Palace did big events like sweet sixteens and wedding parties, but I hadn't realized it was also a regular restaurant. I went there before going to a movie at Regal Cinema, and it was GREAT. I'm super picky and was delighted that the food was so good. We had fish masala, tandoori chicken, chicken biryani, samosas, and garlic naan. Everything was very good, but the fish masala was exceptional. Also, the service was excellent—our waiter was so friendly!
Went for food tasting for an upcoming event there. Great food and service!! Lots of parking up front and a nice restaurant with a range of attached banquet halls for events.
Great. It was my mom's birthday, so, without being asked, the waiters got together and sang "Happy Birthday" and played music over the loudspeakers. It was a welcomed surprise, and it lifted our night up higher. The food is just great. You would think that because of the slightly smaller portions, the food would not be filling, but to my surprise, the food was very rich. The location is good. Right next to Regal and other places. The prices were reasonable.
